BBQ, Bar-B-Q, or sometimes just Q

自从知道BBQ只能被念成 ‘bär-bi-”kyü，而不能念成B-B-Q之后，就琢磨着要自己做上一次。这次做了羊肉串，三文鱼洋葱串和牛肉柿子椒串。结果就一个字：赞！
羊肉串和三文鱼洋葱串是自己串的。竹签的质量很成问题，而且羊肉本身就不好串，最后的结果就是串有大有小，以后要改进。三文鱼和洋葱就好串了很多，外加是被心灵所以手巧的人串的，自然好看了很多。牛肉柿子椒串是买的现成的，就不多吹了。烤起来很简单，羊肉就猛放孜然，红辣椒，黑胡椒，白胡椒和盐就行了；三文鱼更简单，盐和黑胡椒就行了。唯一美中不足的地方就是：所谓的pro griller一点也不pro，非常的慢，尤其是烤羊肉的时候，让人望眼欲穿。不管怎么说，这次是大获成功，下次的战场将被转移到室外，用真正的Charcoal烤！
什锦消魂炒饭

原料：米饭，干香菇，鲜贝，鸡蛋，pepperoni，玉米和青豆。
调料：油，盐以及做炒饭的独门暗器。
选择这些原料的原因非常简单：家里只有这些东西了。做法也非常简单：先把鸡蛋和pepperoni各自炒好，待用；再炒香菇，然后依次放米饭，鲜贝，青豆，玉米，最后把鸡蛋和pepperoni放进去。出锅前一分钟，加独门暗器翻炒匀即可。
